Q. How do I access my purchase?

Instant downloads are available immediately after purchase under your customer account. Just login to your account using your username and password to download your purchase.

For designs that can be personalized, you will receive an email from Corjl.com shortly after your purchase (if you don’t see an email, please make sure to check your spam folder). It may take up to 15 minutes to receive your email. The email from Corjl will go to the email address associated with your customer account. Once you receive the email from Corjl.com, follow the link to set up a username and password so that you can edit, save, and download your design.

Q. I’ve checked my spam folder and still haven’t received an email from Corjl.com. What do I do?

If you still haven’t received an email from Corjl.com, send us a message with your order number and we’ll resend the link.

Q. Do you personalize the design for me?

No, all designs are to be personalized by the buyer.

Q. How do I use Corjl?

After purchase, an instructional guide for Corjl can be found under your customer account.

Q. What format can I save my personalized designs in?

You can save the personalized designs as PDFs with multiples per page for easy printing. Some designs can be saved as JPEGs or PNGs for easy printing at a photo kiosk or sending via text.

Q. How will I know which products can be personalized?

Editable items such as invitations can distinguished by the teal "Edit with Corjl" logo displayed in the product listing photos.

All editable items are to be personalized by the buyer using the free online editor hosted at www.Corjl.com. Each editable listing includes a demo link so that you can try out Corjl's editor before you purchase.

Q. How will I know which items can't be personalized?

Non-editable items such as baby shower games, table signs, etc. can be distinguished by the hot pink "Instant Download" logo displayed in the product listing photos. These products are sold as they are and can't be personalized.

Q. Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately, due to time constraints Premier Party Prints does not accept custom orders/requests at this time.

Q. Do you offer licensed-character printables such as Disney, Marvel, etc?

Due to copyright restrictions we do not offer licensed character printables.

Q. What is your refund policy?

As all of our items are digital downloads that buyers gain access to instantly, we do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order we are more than happy to help; just send us a message with your order number.
